CASSIE

I started my yoga journey 8 years as a PT and nutritionist in the fitness industry alongside my musical theatre degree. For 4 years I worked overseas where I began teaching yoga. At this time I qualified as a reiki practitioner and have been passionate about using singing, reiki, nutrition and yoga to help people overcome mental and physical illness, heal themselves and become the best version of themselves that they can be.

I am passionate about making yoga a playful and curious journey of self discovery without letting our ego take hold of our practise. At the core of my yoga practise is mindfulness, respect for the body, physical alignment and energy flow within the body.

If I'm not practising yoga or reiki you can find me singing, playing music, blogging, weightlifting or being a general crazy dog lady.

I look forward to guiding you through your yoga journey.

YVONNE

I attended my first yoga class over 20 years ago and I am so glad I did. Yoga has been a huge support to me both physically and emotionally and I am honoured to be able to share it with others. I have explored many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Sivananda and most extensively Iyengar.

I would describe my adult classes  as alignment focused but hopefully fun!

I feel passionately that yoga can benefit everyone. I am also a registered children's yoga teacher and a counsellor. I teach teenagers regularly and I am fortunate enough to be a trainer for teen yoga, I have completed additional training around yoga specifically for autism and ADHD and yoga for mental health.

I'm looking forward to meeting you on the mat!
